Our goal

Flamingo Estate’s candles, soaps, and kitchen staples dominate shelves in the coolest shops — but heading into the holiday shopping season they needed a strategic partner to secure gift guide inclusions in top-tier outlets and revamp their affiliate program to drive online sales.

The Strategy

Our Affiliate team tackled Flamingo Estate’s existing program from every angle — we removed lower-tier partners, optimized existing partners to strengthen ROI, and carefully selected new partners for the holiday season. We also leveraged affiliates for shopping stories in blogs and media outlets.

The Result

The Affiliate team onboarded 13 top-of-funnel partners including Partnermatic, Cup of Jo, Green Wedding Shoes and Mavely. Which led to over 243 million media impressions. We secured holiday gift guide and shopping story inclusions in publications such as The Wall Street Journal, as well as sample interest from publications including Vogue, Forbes, Conde Nast Traveler, Domino and more. As a result of these efforts, Flamingo Estate saw more than $230,000 in sales through its affiliate program in November and December, a 420% increase in revenue from the previous two months.
