Account Supervisor, Corporate Communications
An Account Supervisor for Autumn Communications is responsible for overall strategy for clients, as well as managing account teams on a day to day basis. Account Supervisors will serve as liaisons between the company and the account teams. Account Supervisors oversee the work of Senior Account Executives, Account Executives and Account Coordinators and will report to the Account Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as team leader, managing 3-4 team members on accounts to ensure they are completing assigned tasks and public relations efforts.
- Establish, build and maintain strong relationships with high-level national print and broadcast media contacts important to clients.
- Oversee national initiatives within individual accounts and pitch high-level national online, television and radio consumer and lifestyle media contacts on a regular basis.
- Maintain regular and proactive communication with client to ensure client satisfaction.
- Attend client meetings as appropriate to assess the progress of the PR campaign.
- Consistently ensure media coverage meets and exceeds client objectives.
- Review and monitor CCPs to consistently evolve with clients and their changing goals, milestones and achievements, as well as making sure account teams are pitching appropriately and regularly.
- Lead client projects, driving results as per client and company expectations.
- Regularly seek out opportunities to network and expose the company at events and happenings that help raise the profile of the company, as well as increase opportunities for new business development.

Education / Experience:
- High School Diploma, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 6 – 7 years of industry experience
