Key Responsibilities:

  • Support larger and lead smaller influencer campaigns from ideation and pitching to campaign execution, including paid engagements, contracts, negotiations, and special partnership integrations. 
  • Assist in driving client and talent communications, ensuring both parties needs are met, issues are proactively addressed and changes are managed both internally and with clients
  • Support in budget keeping and lead in invoice collection 
  • Monitor and optimize performance throughout the campaign
  • Support in the compilation of final recap reports, metrics, and analytics for clients, with a focus on renewal
  • Work cross-functionally across internal/external teams to share best practices and campaign learnings
  • Ability to create presentations and present work in front of executive leadership and audiences of all sizes
  • Able to handle straight forward legal documents and work with lawyers and talent teams to negotiate deals on behalf of the brand
  • Mentor and manage Coordinators to Senior Specialists
  • Support with the day to day management of campaigns, adding value to the clients experience. 
  • Responsible for building and nurturing relationships with creators, supporting on creator briefings, negotiations and guiding on content creation.

Requirements / Skills:

  • 3+ years in the creator and talent field (or otherwise demonstrated ability to successfully lead campaigns at Autumn from end-to-end) 
  • Strong understanding of the creator industry + social platform data (Julius/Creator IQ)
  • Relationships among creators and/or agents (new hires: references must be provided) 
  • Understanding of influencer/talent related legalese (e.g. SAG-AFTRA clauses)
